Call Center Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Sales Associate to join our team. As a Call Center Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and helping our clients reach their financial goals. Responsibilities:- -Work with our elite mortgage loan consultants and pre-qualify homeowners for mortgage Loans. -Perform a heavy volume of inbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients to appropriate parties. -Hit daily quotas for both personal and team -Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application -Assist customers in the loan application process, providing information and guidance on loan options -Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness -Various growth opportunities -Paid Training -High-quality sales training, online/virtual learning, and in-person mentoring Experience: - Familiarity with sales is advantageous -Self-motivated- Goal-oriented and loves surpassing goals that result in financial success -Personable- Friendly, outgoing and energetic personalities -Passionate- Eager to learn about the sales and the mortgage industry and provide our clients with the best customer service -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Expected hours: around 40 hours per week Weekly day range: Monday through Friday am 8:00am am to 5:00 pm Benefits: -Quick Bonus Tier Advancements -Dental Insurance -Health insurance -Vision insurance $17.25/ hour plus commission -401k Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,048.00 - $53,880.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid training • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
