Call Center Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Sales Associate to join our team. As a Call Center Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and helping our clients reach their financial goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities:- -Work with our elite mortgage loan consultants and pre-qualify homeowners for mortgage Loans. -Perform a heavy volume of inbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients to appropriate parties. -Hit daily quotas for both personal and team -Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application -Assist customers in the loan application process, providing information and guidance on loan options -Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness -Various growth opportunities -Paid Training -High-quality sales training, online/virtual learning, and in-person mentoring Experience: - Familiarity with sales is advantageous -Self-motivated- Goal-oriented and loves surpassing goals that result in financial success -Personable- Friendly, outgoing and energetic personalities -Passionate- Eager to learn about the sales and the mortgage industry and provide our clients with the best customer service -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Expected hours: around 40 hours per week Weekly day range: Monday through Friday am 8:00am am to 5:00 pm Benefits: -Quick Bonus Tier Advancements -Dental Insurance -Health insurance -Vision insurance $17.25/ hour plus commission -401k Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,048.00 - $53,880.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid training • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift Supplemental Pay: • Commission pay Work Location: In person
