About the Role:
Texas Star Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and professionalCall Center Representativeto join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many of our patients and providers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, courteous, and informed customer service experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy, reflecting our company values.
• Accurately document patient and provider interactions in our pharmacy systems.
• Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Clearly explain pharmacy procedures, prescription statuses, and relevant information to callers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (pharmacists, technicians, operations) to ensure timely resolutions.
• Demonstrate strong understanding—or a willingness to learn—pharmacy-related terminology and services.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all data entry and call notes.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
• Proficiency in using call center or pharmacy-related systems (training available).
• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy or medical terminology is helpful but not required.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
