Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are: Technical Calypso SME

What you’ll do: Managing Calypso AMS for treasury support for Banking. Will assist team for Calypso version upgrade which is upcoming large and critical event. Analysing Calypso application and providing feedback for making it robust and flawless.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Need experience between 7 – 10 yrs.
• Subject Matter Expert of Calypso Treasury Application.
• Handle all Client communication and Escalations for this tower
• Problem analysis and validation of classification.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong written oral communication skills and able to manage user / vendor / customer
• Ability to easily adopt to any technology / environment
• Able to Perform root cause analysis on application defects and provide solution for remediation.
• Able to code development support end-to-end testing in SIT UAT and deployment to Production environments.
• Industry. Banking – Core banking SME experience in Calypso

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Calypso technical knowledge and also have done Calypso AMS
• Calypso Coder is preferable
• Banking Domain expert
