Main responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact and expert for all technical queries regarding campaign activation and execution across the omnichannel journey
• Work together with the Campaign Operationalization Manager and BUs Omnichannel Marketing Activation Managers to ensure that campaign execution is aligned and raise any risks that may affect delivery timelines.
• Complete campaign tasks according to quality standards and agreed timelines. This includes uploading the right assets, assembling and testing the campaign, performing paid media, and deploying the campaign.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure they meet campaign requirements and deliver high-quality work for all delivery activities outside MarCom CoE.
• Help other members of MarCom CoE (e.g., Data & Insights Specialist) monitor campaign performance, providing detailed input on campaign execution metrics (including available data on external parties)

Preferred profile

• Degree in digital marketing with a proven experience in omnichannel campaign management
• Experience in marketing tech stack tools and systems and 2+ years experience in traffic management
• Proven project management experience
• Solid knowledge of omnichannel marketing campaign capabilities across the omnichannel journey
• Technical expertise on capabilities related to activation and execution of omnichannel campaigns
• In-depth expertise in omnichannel tools and systems (Veeva, CRM, Adobe, etc.), to ensure timely and smooth execution of assigned tasks
• Proficient in English
• Previous experience and consolidated knowledge in paid media to work effectively with external partners and drive the most impactful strategic and budgeting choices
• Skill to manage multiple tasks in accordance with project timeline and to work effectively with various customers, including leading all aspects of external vendor tasks.
• Familiarity with marketing tools that automate and improve campaign execution
