Campaign Specialist

The Campaign Specialist will have responsibility for data management in the implementation of strategies aimed at winning more educators.  The role will secure household and prospect data and assure that data used in the programs is accurate and matched to its intended use.  This role will support initiatives for unrepresented accounts, retention strategies and direct mail initiatives.

• Secures and presents data needed for campaigns and programs including client and agent information
• Maintains high degree of vigilance with campaign and program preparation
•  Effectively manages generated leads from all areas of the campaign activity in conjunction with the business stakeholders and overall CRM strategy
• Oversees performance against agreed campaign activity, including tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns
• Ensure that each campaign has clear metrics and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals
• Carries out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns
• Maintains and provides databases and information including Do Not Contact lists, agent email addresses, agent photos, direct mail marketing and campaign archives
• Conference registration & advanced communication with stakeholders
• Create supply orders for each conference and direct warehouse accordingly
• Coordinate travel and logistics for attending teammates/stakeholder
• Coordinate in-event logistics, such as:
  •    Facilities/amenities   
  •    Group Meal or event reservations
  •    E-Signage or physical displays 
  •    Special needs requests and requirements
  •    Event security/vaccine requirements, etc)
  •    Event-related materials (e.g., handouts, giveaways)
  •    Coordinate the safe return of booth materials to the warehouse
• Association Budget and other expenses

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree 
• 3-5 years experience in insurance industry, reporting, marketing, communication or equivalent
• Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
