Key Responsibilities • Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Make each customer feel valued by offering a warm welcome and personalized assistance. • Educate and Inform: Use your product knowledge to guide customers toward the right cannabis products for their needs, answering questions and providing honest recommendations. • Maintain a Positive Environment: Uphold a friendly, professional, and non-judgmental space where customers feel comfortable exploring cannabis options. • Ensure a Seamless Process: Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their purchase and overall experience. • Problem-Solve with Professionalism: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively, showing patience and understanding. • Communication Excellence: Interact effectively, including over the phone, ensuring all questions and needs are addressed with respect and clarity. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in customer service or retail sales, with a customer-first attitude. • Familiarity with cannabis products or previous sales experience in fields such as wireless, electronics, or jewelry is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. • Proficiency in basic math skills for managing transactions and cash handling accurately.
