Canvassing Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a driven and dynamicCanvassing Managerto lead our door-to-door canvassing and appointment setting team. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing canvassing staff, developing strategies, and ensuring our team consistently meets or exceeds lead-generation targets. The Canvassing Manager will oversee daily operations, train canvassing representatives on proven canvassing techniques, and provide motivation and accountability to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities • Recruit, train, and supervise canvassing representatives. • Create and implement canvassing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth. • Manage daily field operations, assigning routes and monitoring productivity. • Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies. • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report on progress toward goals. • Maintain high energy and motivation levels within the team. • Ensure professional representation of the company brand and products. • Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations when needed. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or door-to-door team management. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Highly goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Comfortable working evenings and weekends to maximize outreach opportunities. • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within designated areas.
