We are currently hiring Part-time for the following school: Spencer Technology Academy 214 North LaVergne Chicago, IL 60644 The Great Things You Will Do! Provide safety and security support to programs and staff and for the policies and procedures of the program site. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: β€’ Monitor front desk β€’ Log visitors and permit entry β€’ Facilitate drop-off and pick-up of students β€’ Serve as first point of contact for parents β€’ Patrol access points during program operation β€’ Obtain help and provide emergency assistance when necessary β€’ Prevent conflict with support from instructional staff β€’ Maintain high visibility during program operation β€’ Document unusual occurrences β€’ Field telephone calls as needed β€’ Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Education/Experience/Training β€’ Must have High school diploma or GED. β€’ Must have experience working in/providing support within an urban school settings. β€’ Strong general knowledge of the population of students at risk and experience with passion for successful intervention strategies of these students.
