What You’ll Do • Help customers find the right vehicleand structure in-house financing deals. • Engage with walk-in customers and inbound leads—no cold calls required. • Educate customersabout our flexible financing options. • Follow upwith potential buyers to close deals. • Work closely with the finance and collections teamto ensure smooth transactions. • Maintain a positive and professional attitudewith all customers. What We’re Looking For • Previous auto sales experience preferred, but we will train the right person! • Energetic, money-driven, and goal-orientedpersonality. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability towork weekends(one weekend day required). • Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus! What You Can Earn Base Pay + Uncapped Commission(Average reps make$70K-$120K+ per year!) Bonuses for top performers Weekly & monthly incentives!
