Cardiac Surgery APP with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting Experience - St. Louis

SSM Health-SLUCare is seeking an experienced advanced practice provider to join our growing service line. SLUCare represents the academic medical practice of Saint Louis University, known for leading-edge care and groundbreaking research. This position will involve first assisting in the O.R. including endoscopic vein harvesting as well as clinic.

The successful candidate will have experience as O.R. First Assist, EVH, ECMO cannulation, patient assessment and management skills, invasive procedural skills, and knowledge/expertise in cardiac devices.  Additionally, will have experience in surgical procedures, suturing/wound care, and emergency management of cardiac surgical events.  Seeking effective communication, leadership and adaptability, attention to detail, time management, and a continuous learner.

Preferred qualifications:

• Cardiothoracic Surgery experience
• Surgical First Assist experience
• ACNP with RNFA certification or PA-C
• Ability to obtain licensure in state of Missouri
