Job Summary:

The Career Sourcing P2P Specialist manages the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices as per the set operational parameters and process. They work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth procurement operations as well as work with the internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams as needed per process.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the purchase-to-pay process from start to finish.

• Create and issue purchase orders on procurement platform to suppliers based on approved requisitions.
• Oversee invoice reconciliation and validate charges against POs and work with vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
• Facilitate payment processing and ensure timely settlement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for procurement.
• Communicate with vendors to request and review quotes.
• Analyze vendor capabilities and develop procurement strategies.
• Prepare reports on procurement metrics, such as P2P KPI reports, spending trends and supplier
• performance.
• Work within the procurement best practices, procedures, policies and compliance with global and regional industry regulations.

Technical Skills (Mandatory Skills):-

• 5 years of experience in procurement with working experience on procure-to-pay (P2P) and purchasing activity in global and regional procurement environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal stakeholders and outside suppliers
