Carpenter

Carpenter ($22-$25) Southwest Mobile Storage in Phoenix is looking for an expert Carpenter. We are a leading provider of container refurbishing solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality service across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With a commitment to safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking skilled carpenters to join us in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (wood, FRP, drywall, etc.) as needed. Experience with wood framing 16” CTC & 24” CTC are crucial. • Build window frames, door frames and other necessary wooden fixtures • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, framing, interior finishes, molding, and cabinets. • Prepare floors for various types of flooring including epoxy paint, VCT tile & sheet vinyl. • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Collaborate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other professionals on construction projects Required Qualifications: • At least 21 years of age • 3 or more years of experience • Must possess good dexterity in shoulders, lower back and knees • High school diploma or GED • Must be able to work off of ladders. • Must be able to lift / carry 75 lbs. • Must have reliable transportation. • Authorized for employment in the United States (sponsorships not available) • Ability to pass 10 panel drug test, thorough background screening and MVR Benefits: • Competitive salary and growth opportunities. • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. • 401(k) with company match. • Paid time off, Sick time, and 9 paid holidays annually. • Monthly BBQs, raffles, and a fun company culture.
