Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of . This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, construction, and restoration techniques, demonstrating proficiency with both hand and power tools. This position requires a commitment to quality workmanship and safety on the job site.
Duties
• Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and resource needs.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
• Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as needed.
• Install rebar for structural integrity in concrete projects.
• Participate in roofing, siding, and flooring installation activities.
• Conduct cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation with attention to detail.
• Provide maintenance person services including caulking, stucco application, and construction painting.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
• Engage in water damage restoration, mold remediation, plumbing, masonry, tile laying, and electrical work as required.
Experience
Candidates should have relevant experience in the following areas:
• Construction site experience with a focus on restoration industry practices.
• Proficiency in woodworking techniques and metal stud framing.
• Familiarity with CNC operations and assembly processes.
• Strong background in heavy lifting tasks associated with construction activities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
