Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Installer. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, construction, and restoration techniques, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and attention to detail. Duties • Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed. • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution. • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as required by projects. • Install rebar for concrete structures and perform roofing duties as needed. • Conduct woodworking tasks including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. • Participate in water damage restoration processes, including mold remediation techniques. • Carry out caulking, stucco application, siding installation, and other finishing work. • Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials on the construction site. • Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. • Engage in remodeling activities including flooring installation and tile laying. • Provide maintenance person services as necessary to support various projects. Qualifications • Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration work. • Familiarity with construction painting techniques and metal stud framing is preferred. • Ability to operate CNC machinery for fabrication tasks is a plus. • Strong understanding of plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and assembly processes is beneficial. • Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. • Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.
