Carpenter

Duties: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the project - Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials (wood, fiberglass, drywall, etc.) according to the project requirements - Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, or tile - Perform remodeling and restoration work on existing structures - Form and pour concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structures - Install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, or fiber cement - Construct and install cabinets and other built-in furniture - Fabricate and install metal stud framing for walls and ceilings Experience: - Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools - Experience with flooring installation, remodeling, concrete forming, siding installation, cabinet installation, and metal stud framing - Ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials - Attention to detail and precision in workmanship - Excellent problem-solving skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
