What You’ll Do • Build and install decks, fences, pergolas, and other outdoor structures. • Read and follow plans to complete projects accurately. • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Work with a team to complete jobs on schedule. • Maintain quality standards and attention to detail. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of carpentry experience (residential or commercial). • Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and plans. • Knowledge of construction tools and best practices. • Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded. • Team player with a strong work ethic.
