Description About Us: We are a boutique general contracting firm specializing in the full renovation and restoration of luxury brownstones and historic townhomes in New York City. Recognized as one of the premier niche builders in the area, our projects are known for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for architectural heritage while incorporating modern luxury living. Position: We are seeking a skilled, full-time carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-end residential work, has experience with detailed millwork, cabinetry, trim, and custom installations, and takes pride in precision and quality. Responsibilities: • Perform fine carpentry, including trim, custom built-ins, cabinetry, doors, windows, and staircases. • Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and designers to execute high-end finishes. • Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings. • Ensure all work meets the company’s exacting standards for craftsmanship and detail. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
