The successful applicant will be responsible for executing tasks with precision while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
Position Details
• Pay:$22–$28 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule:[Full-time / Monday–Friday / Overtime available if applicable]
Responsibilities
• Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities.
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications.
• Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as required.
• Participate in fabrication tasks, including cabinet installation and door hanging.
• Conduct roofing, siding, and flooring installation with attention to detail.
• Handle water damage restoration projects, including mold remediation and caulking.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently during various stages of construction.
Requirements
• Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration work.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols.
• Strong skills in woodworking, fixture installation, heavy lifting, and assembly tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
• Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
• Previous maintenance person experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications
