Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, utilizing power tools, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. At least 3 years Experience is needed and definitely a plus! This job requires traveling to different states! Note: This job is not paid by the hour You are required to bring your own tools and have your own transportation! The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Over night work! Hours start from 9pm to 6am. 6 days a week Sunday-Friday Duties • Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as needed on construction sites. • Execute frame carpentry tasks, including constructing and installing structures such as walls, and door frames. • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications. Experience • Proven experience as a Carpenter in commercial construction settings. • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices. • Proficiency in framing,tile laying, and general maintenance person skills. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Join our dedicated team of professionals where your skills will be valued, and your craftsmanship will shine! Qualifications • Requires at least 3 years of experience • Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. • Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. • Familiarity with various power tools and hand tools used in carpentry work. • Experience in remodeling projects is preferred. • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
