Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various aspects of construction and restoration, showcasing a strong ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role will involve collaborating with a team to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations. • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all installations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction and woodworking projects. • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed for structural projects. • Participate in fabrication tasks, including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. • Handle heavy lifting as required during project execution while ensuring proper techniques are used. • Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and construction painting as necessary. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction site environments with a strong understanding of safety practices. • Proficiency in carpentry techniques including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and woodworking. • Familiarity with CNC machinery and assembly processes is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute project plans effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. • Excellent teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently when required.
