Job Description

```Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team. As a , you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to caulking, cabinet installation, concrete forming, plumbing, mold remediation, fixture installation, siding, CNC, water damage restoration, and general maintenance person work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a strong attention to detail. Duties: - Perform caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing and waterproofing - Install cabinets according to specifications and blueprints - Assist with concrete forming for various construction projects - Conduct plumbing repairs and installations as needed - Handle mold remediation projects to ensure a safe and healthy environment - Install fixtures such as lights, faucets, and hardware - Assist with siding installation and repair - Operate CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping - Conduct water damage restoration tasks including drying, cleaning, and repairing affected areas - Perform general maintenance person tasks as required Requirements: - Proven experience in caulking, cabinet installation, concrete forming, plumbing, mold remediation, fixture installation, siding, CNC operation, water damage restoration, and general maintenance person work - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you have the skills and experience required for this position and are looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply now.``` Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
