Carpenter for Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations

Full-Time Remodeling Technician – Kitchens & Bathrooms We are a family-owned property management company, proudly operating since 1954, seeking a skilled full-time employee to help with kitchen and bathroom renovations. The ideal candidate will be capable of completing all aspects of renovation work—from demolition to final finish details—with light plumbing and electrical experience preferred. We offer a consistent weekday schedule (no weekends) and a stable work environment where you can take pride in high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities: • Complete full kitchen and bathroom renovations (demo through finish) • Perform light plumbing and electrical work as needed • Install cabinetry, tile, flooring, and trim • Hang, tape, and finish drywall • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive workspace • Communicate effectively to plan projects and coordinate materials Requirements: • Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation (van or truck preferred) • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly • Able to work on your feet and with your hands for 6+ hours daily • Basic hand and power tools for remodeling work Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of carpentry or remodeling experience • Bathroom renovation experience (demo, tile, tub/sink installs) • Kitchen renovation experience (demo, blocking, cabinet and trim installation) • Hanging and finishing drywall experience • Installing hardwood and vinyl flooring • General knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems • Strong time management and teamwork skills If you take pride in your work and want to join a dependable, long-standing company, we’d love to hear from you.
