Carpenter Foreman

We are a fast-growing deck & fence company looking for a skilledCarpenter Foremanto lead one of our crews. If you’re an experienced carpenter with leadership ability, strong communication skills, and the drive to deliver quality work, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do • Lead and supervise carpentry crews on residential deck, fence, and outdoor living projects. • Read plans, set layouts, and ensure jobs are built to spec and code. • Work with the PM to ensure that the job is on schedule and planned for success ahead of time. Including Review of Plans and Take Offs • Train and guide carpenters and helpers to improve craftsmanship and efficiency. • Consult on Hiring Decisions for all Helpers and Carpenters • Coordinate daily tasks, manage jobsite safety, and keep projects on schedule. • Communicate progress and updates to management. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (deck, fence, or framing preferred). • Previous leadership or foreman experience a plus. • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • A “lead by example” mentality—motivating the crew through skill and professionalism. • Experience with masonry is a plus.
