About the Role: We are looking for askilled Carpenter / Construction Laborerwith a strong background incarpentry and general construction taskswho’s open to taking on a wide variety of duties. What You’ll Be Doing: • Perform carpentry-related tasks (framing, trim, plywood, wall and structure builds, etc.) • Assist with general construction duties (installation, demolition, prep, repairs, punch list work, etc.) • Participate in a variety of public-sector projects, including outdoor structures, coastal infrastructure, and facility remodels • Occasionally support project leads or supervise small crews on site (leadership experience is a plus) • Interpret and work from plans, sketches, or verbal instructions • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site What We’re Looking For: • Solid experience in carpentry and construction labor (multi-trade is a plus) • Flexibility to take on different types of work beyond traditional carpentry • Problem-solving attitude and desire to grow in the construction field • Great work ethic and respect for craftsmanship • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Own transportation and tools • Leadership or site supervision experience (a strong plus) Bonus Points If You Have: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why Work With Us?
