This position requires strong organizational skills as well as a high level of competence with tools, but it also demands top-notch communication skills. The successful candidate for this position will be able to effectively communicate with the project lead, address concerns and needs on an individual basis and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities: • Excellent carpentry skills is a must. • Must have track record of leadership skills, building a team who works well together. • Basic plumbing and electrical is needed. • Basic painting and drywall skills. • Cabinet installation experience is needed. • Closet installation is ideal. • In good physical shape, can climb ladders, not afraid of heights. • Estimate the materials needed and time for repairs. • Own and carry basic power tools for residential construction. • Carry heavy objects. • Highly organized. • Reliable well-organized vehicle with tools.
