Carpenter & Make Ready

Budget Suites of America has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Carpenter & Skilled Maintenance Technician to provide Make Ready Remodel & Maintenance services. Applicants must have at least five years of proven experience as a Carpenter & Skilled Maintenance Technician. No part-time or second job candidates will be considered. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k, paid vacation and sick time, as well as a stable, consistent work schedule with two days off in a row. Carpenter will be primarily responsible for interior and exterior remodeling, framing, and cabinetry. In addition, all tradesmen must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks required to turn ready apartments and complete standard work orders. Candidates should be able to work quickly and without direct supervision to complete make ready's and carpentry projects in minimal time. Applicants must have their own tools, and a vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials to other properties if needed. You will be required to pass an complete background check as well as a full panel drug screen. Professional certifications strongly recommended. Hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, and we are open 7-Days a week, so specific work schedule will be determined during the hiring process.
