Job Summary We are seeking a full-timeCarpenterwith hands-on experience in framing, sheetrock installation, and finish work. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately read blueprints, work independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail while following both written and verbal instructions. Experience with commercial projects and fixture installations is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Perform framing, drywall installation, and various finishing techniques • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Follow instructions and complete assignments with minimal supervision • Collaborate with clients, site personnel, and internal teams • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Safely operate tools and equipment • Adapt to client-specific processes and protocols Qualifications • 3–5 years of hands-on carpentry experience • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Self-motivated with strong communication skills • Ability to provide and receive clear, concise instructions • Familiarity with store fixture assembly and/or management training is a plus, but not required Benefits • Competitive hourly pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (DOE) • 401(k) with company match • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Growth opportunities within a fast-expanding company Equal Opportunity Employer NMBOC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
