Carpenter/ Cabinet Maker Location: Houston, Tx 77073 Pay Rate: $15 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction and assembly tasks, demonstrating proficiency in remodeling, fixture installation, and other related skills. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities • Assemble components and fixtures according to specifications and blueprints. • Perform remodeling tasks including drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry. • Install electrical fixtures and ensure proper functionality. • Execute mold remediation processes as needed. • Conduct frame carpentry and metal stud framing for structural support. • Lay tiles accurately and efficiently for aesthetic finishes. • Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in remodeling, fixture installation, or related fields. • Proficiency in electrical work, frame carpentry, caulking, tile laying, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing is highly desirable. • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in construction environments.
