We’re seeking motivated 1099 subcontractor installers who take pride in craftsmanship, work with efficiency, and communicate like pros. Role Overview: We’re hiring independent Closet Installers to work alongside our lead team and ultimately take on full project installs. You’ll be hands-on with premium custom cabinetry systems in high-end residential environments. This role is ideal for self-starters who want to earn well, stay busy, and take ownership of their craft. Responsibilities: • Assist or lead the installation of custom closet and storage systems • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site • Represent the Monet Interior brand with excellent communication and customer service • Follow detailed design specifications and adapt as needed in the field • Protect and operate company tools and equipment (if provided) • Coordinate with office staff and designers to ensure job accuracy and client satisfaction What We’re Looking For: • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Basic hand and power tools (we can advise what’s essential) • Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, closet systems, or finish work is a plus — but not required • Ability to read drawings and follow installation instructions • Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills • Clean, professional appearance and client-first attitude What You’ll Get: • Consistent workflow in the Leander/Cedar Park/North Austin area • Fast-track opportunity to become a lead installer • Competitive pay per project, with weekly work available • Professional support, training, and detailed install packages • The chance to work with a high-end, growing brand in custom interiors Carpentry experience is required.
