Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities • Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall installation, and finishing. • Execute various maintenance person tasks. • Fabricate and install custom cabinetry and furniture. • Conduct mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Assist in remodeling projects, including flooring installation and wall modifications. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills • Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing techniques. • Experience with mold remediation processes. • Ability to fabricate custom solutions for various construction needs. • Knowledge of flooring installation methods and materials. • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
