Carpenter/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to fabricate and install various fixtures. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively on construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Fabricate and install fixtures according to project specifications. • Perform trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of doors, windows, moldings, baseboards, etc. • Execute flooring installation projects, ensuring proper alignment and finish. • Install cabinets with precision, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. • Conduct rough framing for floors, walls and partitions as needed. • Collaborate with electrical teams to integrate electrical components into installations. • Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications • Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry. • Proficiency in fixture installation, trim carpentry, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and metal stud framing. • Ability to read blueprints/ construction and technical drawings accurately is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
