Carpenter/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities • Perform frame carpentry, including constructing and installing structures and fixtures. • Lay tile and assist with masonry tasks as needed. • Execute roof repairs and installations, ensuring quality workmanship. • Read and interpret blueprints to accurately complete projects according to specifications. • Conduct fixture installations, ensuring all components are securely fitted and functional. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as required for various projects. • Collaborate with team members to complete restoration tasks efficiently. Experience • Proven experience in carpentry or labor-intensive roles, particularly within the restoration industry. • Familiarity with tile laying, roofing, masonry, and stucco work is preferred. • Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately. • Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential for this position. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
