Cash Analyst

Reporting to the Cash Operations Manager, the Cash Analyst will sit in the Cash Operations Team which itself is in the transactions team. You will manage the cash operations of the business which includes reconciling our bank statements daily. This provides both the AR and AP teams the platform to work with accurate and up-to-date information. You will also help ensure that processes are reviewed to gain efficiencies.

What you'll be doing…

• Reconcile company bank accounts daily, allocating receipts to customer accounts and matching payments
• Recognise payment rejections and post accordingly
• Liaise with both AR and AP teams ensuring that all cash operations are carried out within deadlines.
• Produce month end bank reconciliations
• Work with the Cash Operations Manager to review processes and identify ways to improve and streamline, making them more efficient.

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
