Cashier/Stocker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Stocker to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing transactions and maintaining store inventory. Duties • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries. • Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer experience. • Stock shelves and ensure products are organized and displayed attractively. • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in merchandise. • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store displays. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Requirements • Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. • Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer engagement. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. • Experience with product demos is a plus.
