Cashier/Stocker

About the Role As aCashier & Stock Associate, you’ll be responsible for: • Delivering a welcoming and positive experience for every customer at the register. • Handling transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. • Restocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring merchandise is clean, organized, and properly displayed. • Assisting with store upkeep, inventory counts, and team support across daily operations. Key Responsibilities Cashier Duties • Greet customers and manage checkout with accuracy and efficiency. • Process cash, credit, and digital payments using POS systems. • Resolve returns and exchanges while maintaining professionalism. • Keep checkout areas stocked, clean, and organized. Stock Associate Duties • Unpack deliveries, sort products, and restock shelves. • Maintain product presentation—labeling, rotating, and facing items. • Assist with inventory counts and report stock shortages. • Ensure sales floor and storage areas are clean and safe. What We’re Looking For In our Cashier/Stocker • Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we’ll provide training. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lift, move, and carry stock as part of daily duties. • Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
