Senior Software Engineer:Must have high-performance, low-latency (modern C/C++) — Distributed Systems We're looking for a hands-on systems engineer with deep expertise in modern C++ and a passion for building resilient, scalable distributed systems. You’ll be designing the backbone of a high-performance decentralized platform, optimizing core infrastructure, and contributing to open-source protocols that power real-world impact. What You’ll Do • Architect and implement core components of a distributed ledger system in modern C++. • Design scalable, modular subsystems that support high-throughput and fault tolerance. • Lead RFC-style design discussions and contribute to open-source best practices. • Optimize peer-to-peer networking and consensus mechanisms. • Collaborate with senior engineers and open-source contributors to push the boundaries of decentralized infrastructure. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of production-grade C++ experience (C++11 or newer). Rust is highly desired • Proven track record in systems-level engineering (e.g., simulators, protocol stacks, POS, telecom, or fintech). • Experience with distributed systems, blockchain protocols, or decentralized architectures. • Strong communication and design skills—able to lead technical discussions and write clear specs. • AI/ML exposure, Web3, or crypto protocol development.
