CDL-A Flatbed Driver (Regional | Central–South Texas Lanes) Location:San Antonio & Austin, TX Company:GH Logistics / AJG Transport Pay:$0.65 CPM + Stop/Fuel Bonuses & Adjustments | Weekly Direct Deposit Schedule:2–3 days out typical (option to stay up to a week) About the Role GH Logistics is expanding our Flatbed Division and hiring CDL-A Solo Drivers out of San Antonio and Austin, Texas. You’ll run structured regional lanes across Central and South Texas, including Burnet, Brownsville, and surrounding areas. We maintain dedicated yards and support staff for staging, preloading, and trailer exchange — keeping you moving, not waiting. Schedule & Lanes • Regional routes between Central Texas (Austin / Burnet) and South Texas (Brownsville & nearby markets) • Solo driver position — no team runs • Typical 2–3 days out, with optional extended coverage up to a week • Consistent, repeat lanes with established customers and routine freight • All routes dispatch from or through San Antonio yards Pay & Benefits • $0.60 CPM plus stop/fuel bonuses and pay adjustments • Weekly direct deposit every Friday • Safety, performance, and clean inspection bonuses • 1099 or W-2 options available • 24/7 operations support team based in San Antonio • Maintenance, fuel, and layover assistance Driver Responsibilities • Safely operate 53′ flatbed trailers in compliance with DOT standards • Handle all securement, strapping, and load inspections • Video record loading/unloading to verify securement and customer compliance • Maintain communication with dispatch on ETA, route updates, and delivery confirmations • Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain truck cleanliness Requirements • Valid CDL-A License • 2+ year of flatbed experience (securement, straps, chains, tarps) • Clean MVR & PSP preferred • Dependable, professional, and safety-minded • Ability to be out 2–3 days regionally • Smartphone capable of recording/uploading videos for securement verification GH Logistics / AJG Transportis committed to providing drivers with consistent freight, operational support, and competitive pay.
