Benefits for Buddy Moore's CDL-A Flatbed truck drivers in the Pole division: • Guaranteed pay structure • Flatbed starting salary $1300-$1500 per week • Experienced boom truck operators earn $1600-$1850 • Paid weekly - earn your full salary starting orientation day! • $4,000 Retention Bonus paid out in four $1,000 installments • Boom training and growth opportunities available! • Rider and Pet Program • Full Benefits-Health, Dental, Vision, & Disability • All equipment is Peterbilts and Kenworths • $10,000 company paid life insurance • 6 Paid Holidays - 5 paid vacation days – increases to 10 after 3 years • 401(k) with match Minimum Requirements for Pole Division: • At least 2 years flatbed experience • No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years • Must be at least 25 years of age • Coil experience preferred • Training will be provided to drivers without coil experience • TWIC card - if you don't have a TWIC card we will help you get it
