Job Description: AJG Transport is hiring CDL AOTR Solo Driversfrom Texas to Kansas,round trip, through adedicated route. Top-Tier Pay Rates: • Earn$0.65/milewith opportunities to advance after a period of consistent performance. • Earn up to$80,000per year! Time-Off Flexibility: • Drivers who stay out for 28+ days consistently will gain access to additional earned benefits, designed to provide flexibility and reward their dedication (details upon request) Additional Perks: • Phone reimbursement of up to $50/month to keep you connected on the road. We Offer: • PTOCompensation • • Potential Detention is $20-$200 per day. • Potential for Additional Layover at $160. • Potential for Inclement Weather / Deadhead compensation. • Full Coverage on Truck Breakdown in case of issue, fastest trip to terminal, and compensation applied to the driver. Job Requirements: Musthave verifiable CDL driving experience! Musthave conversational level English! CDL-A Solo Drivers: • Rolling resets on the road based on HOS Performance and Safety Oriented: • Bonus eligibility is contingent on clean inspections and consistent, reliable, and safe performance. Wage Range: 78000.00 - 80000.00 per year
