CDL A OTR Team Driver

Overview We're seeking reliable and skilled team drivers to join our HERD. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to saftey. Top earners consistently make $1800+ per week, per driver. We haul for WERNER, making loads guaranteed but miles are based off of drivers efficiency. Responsibilities • Operate a heavy duty truck with attached 53' tailer. • Ensure the safe arrival of cargo. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents. • Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. • Drive in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols. Experience • Proven 2 year experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). • Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards. • Excellent navigation skills and the ability to read maps or use GPS systems effectively. • A clean driving record is essential for this position. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Additional Perks • All trucks are leased through Penske (minimal downtime) • 24 hour dispatch Join our family today if you are passionate about driving and committed to delivering exceptional service!
