CDL Class A Truck Driver

48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America. We provide end-to-end pallet solutions, from supply to retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. 48forty Solutions is truly Pallet Management Made Simple. Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for a CDL Class A Driver.

You will deliver and pick up mulch (in season) and pallets within 150 miles of Richmond, IL making about 3-4 routes per shift; each shift is an average of 10 hours. Full-time, permanent position with weekly pay and benefits on day one!

Driver Requirements

• Position involves transporting mulch and other wood material in a PTO walking floor trailer and pallets in a van or flatbed. Requires CDL A license with 1 year of verifiable experience.

• Minimum age of 23
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• Has not ever been disqualified to drive
• Can successfully complete a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, Heavy Equipment Operation preferred
• Walk-In Floor/Belt Floor experience is desired but will train the right candidate.
• No speeding violations 15 mph above posted limit.
