With a fleet of over 30 delivery vehicles, we deliver cases, stock sheets, tempered glass, insulated glass, aluminum storefront and glass on racks to customer’s shops and jobsites. Job Details As a CDL Class B Driver delivering glass, you'll be responsible for operating commercial vehicles to transport glass safely and efficiently. Your relevant experience in delivery driving, material handling, and route navigation will enable you to excel in loading and unloading tasks while ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products. Qualifications • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Proven ability to lift 75lbs on a daily basics, while demonstrating the ability to perform repetitive movements such as crouching, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying glass on and off the trucks. • Experience in handling and transporting glass. • Attention to detail, dependable, and punctual with strong work ethics. • Good communication skills with a focus on customer service. Responsibilities • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. • Communicate with the logistics department and customers to verify designated jobsite locations. • Report any issues or concerns regarding the truck or truck load. • Deliver glass to customers and job sites according to designated routes while demonstrating excellent customer service. • Loading, unloading and securing glass safely on racks to ensure secure transportation. • Keeping the truck and clean and organized. • Follow all DOT safety and traffic regulations while driving.
