Job Description
Establish and manage the Framework for Customer Implementation project execution. Build-up standard processes, tools and template for global implementation teams to increase quality and speed while reducing costs for implementations. Closely collaborate with Regions and Areas to identfy best practises and to iteratively improve the framework. Develop a methodology that becomes a sales differentiator.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establish and manage the Framework for Customer Implementations in FbM
• Ensure that process steps are clearly defined, mapped, documented and communicated
• Develop standard playbooks, document templates for key processes, digitized
• Ensure that collaboration tools are configured to support process execution in the regions
• Drive continuous improvement efforts on process implementation
• Capturing improvement opportunities in implementation process and close gaps structurally
• Enhance scope and cost control across FbM implementations
2. Close collaboration with Regions and the front-line and Areas
• Work closely with global implementation community to ensure standard adoption and methodology improvement
• Create a "Centre of Excellence" to nurture project management practitioners and share knowledge of industry best practice
• Develop and roll-out collaborative tools across FbM
• Drive understanding and structure through regional & area touch-points
• Request and develop new features in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Gather feedback from users, understand issues and continuously adapt and improve framework
• Support KPI measurement and follow-up across regions
• Oversee quality and performance of FbM implementations across the regions
• Train all implementation managers in the methodology and toolbox and develop way to test their knowledge and possible internal certification.
3. Other
• Lead assigned initiatives to strengthen specific areas in the implementation process as well as seamless hand-over prior project initiation respectively post implementation closure
• Ensure "ready to implement" for new product and platform launches
• Standardize and expand standard commercial support documentation incl. case studies
Accountable for:
• Site and Customer Implementation Frameworks and Playbooks
• Roll-out of frameworks to Regions, track and improve adoption
• Partnership with internal and external suppliers
• Win-to-launch coordination and PMO
• Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout the regional community to support short and long term success
• Lead regional CL implementation community, establishing appropriate ways of working, tools and knowledge sharing for required capability (regular 1:1s with key stakeholders, weekly and monthly and quarterly business reviews)
• Actively gathering feedback from Region to enhance future processes and tools centrally
• Methodology and toolbox finished and accessible on global shared drive
