Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Customer Service Team Building Strategic Planning Requirements Essential Talents & Skills: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service and building connections • Bachelor's degree a must • Candidates should possess advanced communication skills, including: compassion, building connections, active listening, assessing customer needs, providing solutions and overcoming conversational objections • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and projects with accuracy and a sense of urgency • Ability to prioritize, organize, plan, and work under own initiative • Strong leadership skills, empathy, tact, and diplomacy • Interacts and works cooperatively with students, parents, and staff, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to individual needs • Flexibility with schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications • Ability to take full accountability for running a business, including: • • Meeting monthly sales goals • Achieving marketing goals • Demonstrating entrepreneurship and a results-driven mindset What We Offer… • Great work/life balance • Competitive base salary starting at • Individual Health Insurance and retirement plan (401K) • Paid Time Off • Paid Mathnasium Tuition for your Family • Expanded Leadership Training • Opportunity for relocation throughout the US Mathnasium is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
