Center Medical Director

InnovAge is a market leader in managing the care of high-cost, frail, predominantly dual-eligible seniors through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

These openings represent phenomenal leadership opportunities within flagship centers, each offering significant potential for professional growth and broader influence. Reporting directly to the Regional Medical Officer, the Medical Directors will provide administrative and clinical care for enrolled participants across a variety of settings, including but not limited to the center’s clinic, participants’ homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and personal care boarding homes. • Serve as an enterprise-caliber operator, accountable for clinical quality, cost management, utilization, and interdisciplinary team leadership.
