Position Summary: The Certified Welder will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on a variety of materials and components, including plates, pipes, and tanks. The ideal candidate will have experience withstick welding, subarc welding, and preferablyTIG welding. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform certified welding using stick, subarc, and TIG (preferred) techniques • Weld on structural components including plates, pipes, and tanks • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds • Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup and operation • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly wagebased on experience and certification level • Opportunities for advancement and skill development • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays • 401(k) retirement plan • Supportive and safety-focused work environment Qualifications: • Certified Welder with current welding certifications (required) • 2-5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting • Proficient in stick welding and subarc welding; TIG welding is a plus • Experience working with pipes and tanks is highly preferred • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Hourly Rate: $32/hr or higher DOE #MCTA1
