Candidates must be hopeful and open-minded, we’re not looking for people who have all the answers. Proper leadership is a dialogue that moves everybody forward. We expect our leaders to facilitate constant growth and possess a willingness to learn. Minimum 1 year sous chef experience and 3 years line cook experience required, must have experience with ordering, managing food costs, managing labor costs, and leading a team.
