Job Description

Responsible for designing and maintaining change management framework: 

• Monitor the implementation and adherence to change management framework by internal and external stakeholders
•  Provide direction in development of messages and the Propper delivery channels
•  Capable of measuring the effectiveness of Change management activities.
•  Manage and monitor the Change
•  Management Function
• Communicate the output if the Change
•  Management function and the performance of the function.  
•  Manages the development, maintenance and operation of the change and adoption framework
•  Facilitate stakeholder participation in all parts of the change and adoption framework
• Provide constant guidance on areas of improvement and potential risks.
• Manage the approval process for all Change and Adoption Function deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or management-related disciplines (or equivalent years of practical.
• Experience in Change Management for 4 years and more.
• Professional Certification in Change Management such as PROSCI, CCMP, or APMG.
• Professional Certification in Project Management such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2. Program Management is a plus. (PgMP, MSP).
• Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic).
