Change Management Specialist - TS/SCI Required

cFocus Software seeks a Change Management Specialist to join our program supporting DHS in Washington, DC, Capital Heights, MD, and Springfield, VA. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 9+ years of specialized Change Management experience
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Active Security+CE certification.

Duties:

• Responsible for creating geospatial and non-geospatial change management business strategy and plans, organizational design, and process improvement.
• Requires the ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams and the ability to develop a change strategy plan, implement that plan, analyze the change plan performance and make adjustment as needed.
